I know if fact that paving is a tough industry, I was not expecting this business experience. I contacted them to fix our industrial courtyard. Then this guy, Chris, came up and discussed the scope. I got the quote really fast and price was good too. We agreed and I signed up the contract. Two guys showed up and prepared the work area. Suddenly, more crew came with heavy duty gear and suddenly things started coming along. The team was super coordinated, all of them followed safety procedures and knew what to do. The finished the repair on time and mobilized all equipment out of the yard. At the end, we checked the job done and we signed off satisfactory. It might sound a little too much, however, we are in the Service business too (Stormtec) and we appreciate customer service. These guys from Blacktop provided unreasonable hospitality, unreal for this kind of industry. In other words, 100% satisfied. Thank you Chris, awesome work, pls pass my comments to your amazing team. We had 2 relatively small projects that Bby Blacktop did for us and both times did great work. We are very pleased with the work, clear and efficient communication and work ethic and high workmanship standards of Bby Blacktop, even tho we had much smaller jobs than I’m sure they usually do. Both times Chris the estimator gave us a fair quote did an amazing job to fit our first project in the next day! and Lavell and crew were thorough and our driveway was repaired well. The sealing job a month later, Chris and supervisor again came thru with a solution to a problem with the driveway preparation before the sealing . Cordell and Francisco crew did super job making sure the problem driveway was prepped well and ultra coated. Bby Blacktops high rating is well deserved. Highly recommend
